Six Things to Reduce or Eliminate For A Healthier Lifestyle

Updated: Apr 2, 2020

Knowing why we need to reduce or eliminate certain things in our daily life is so crucial in helping you achieve a healthy lifestyle, and a reduced risk of health issues. These six things maybe what you need to reduce or eliminate in order to bring your body back into a balanced state.

Six Things To Reduce Or Eliminate

1. Gluten Many people may probably be Glyposhate intolerante and not gluten intolerant but do not even know it. Wheat grown in the United States is generally sprayed with Glyphosate which is the KEY ingredient in Round Up. The reason wheat is being sprayed is because when the wheat dies out from the Glyphosate the farmers are able to achieve two harvests per year. Farmers are being told that Glyphostae is not harmful, however we know that it is a carcinogen. **Dr. Stephanie Seneff from MIT has been doing research on Glyphosate showing how it creates holes in the gut (leaky gut symdrom) wich allows pathogens to enter and reek havic on body causing all types of disease.

When purchasing prodcts with wheat you have to know where the wheat is coming from. Italy has banned the use of Glyphosate.

2. Dairy

Dairy includes milk, yogurt, butter, ice cream, sour cream and cheese. All these are the top five foods that promote inflammation. Cows milk has a high amount of fat, is calorie dense and protein rich, however the milk from cows is produced to help their calves grow to an average of 300lbs very quickly in their first year of life. The protein found in milk are specifically designed to nourish the calves and it is these same proteins; whey, BSA and casine that were never designed for the human body. As a result the human body can produce antibodies against these proteins whicy may promote low grade inflammation. Inflammation can show up in the form of allergies, asthmas or skin disorders Dairy can affect your lungs as it causes issues by creating mucus. Low grade inflammation can affect the gut bacteria (Microbiome) because the bacteria from the milk can impare the liver's ability to do its job which is to help detoxify and cleanse the body.

3. Caffeine

The majority of people drink caffeine for energy. However caffeine stimulates the flight or fight hormone, Cortisol which may increase anxiety, nervousness or even panic attacks which is why it is suggested not to drink caffeine if you have high blood pressure.

Caffeine also interrupts the sleep cycle causing daytime drowsiness and it could alter estrogine which can increase the risk for conditions like Endometriosis (a condition resulting from the appearance of endometrial tissue outside the uterus which causes pelvic pain) breast or ovarian cancer and can worsen menapusal symptoms.

Caffeine can alter the brain chemistry to mimic effects similar to coccaine creating a dependency where you have withdrawl symptoms when giving up caffeine. You may also have headches, brain fog, fatigue, difficulty in concentration or irritability. Sometime people who drink too much caffeine can have digestive issues like gastral esophageal reflux (acid reflux) also known as Gerd.

4. Alcohol

The resason why alcohol is best reduced or elimitated is because our body is not able to store the alcohol. Once we drink it, it triggers pathways to break it down and these pathways shunt the energy to help you with detoxification which means it stops your ability to detoxify when you drink alcohol.

Alcohol also disrupts your sleep, normal liver function for detoxification and your function for metabolism, hence the reason why people start gaining weight when they drink alcohol.

5. Processed Foods

When we invade our body with simple sugars, fats, additives, preservatives and chemicals it strips us of valuable vitamins, minerals and fiber. Process foods do not satisfy us and they contribute to the toxins that cause weight gain. They also change the brain chemistry.

The more processed foods you eat the more you crave because you are feeding your bad bacteria and they are dominating. Processed foods send a blast of sugar into your blood stream promoting the body to store the sugar as fat. A few hours after eating processed foods our blood sugar drops and then we look for another carbohydrate fix. The ups and downs of blood sugar lead to Type 2 Diabetes.

When you eat too much sugar it feeds cancer cells. We all have pre-cancer cells in our body and the more sugar you eat the more the cancer is feeding off of the sugar to grow.

The Unitedd States is the most overweight malnurished country in the world.

6. Late Night Eating

Late night eat (eating between 8pm - 11pm) increases your risk of Diabetes and high blood pressure which increases your risk of heart attacks. It also increase your weight and belly fat.

Avoid drinking carbonated beverages or caffeine two to three hours before going to bed as they trigger acid reflux.
