A Simply Way To Add More Whole Food Nutrition Into Your Diet

One of the many reasons we don’t get enough whole food nutrition (fruits and vegetables, usually more vegetables) into our diet is because when we buy then we end up not eating them. We have every intention to, but in reality we end up throwing a lot away because we find it takes to much time to chop, dice, and cook them. Is this you? Can you relate?

What if you could have several meals already prepped for you and ready to eat? Well, you can quite easily with salads in a jar. It takes 15-20 minutes to make several salad jars and when you’re ready to eat you just pour out into a bowl and add your favorite healthy dressing and enjoy .

Tips: - After you come home from shopping is the best time to make the salads in a jar. - I recommend using mason jars as they’re vacuum sealed. - Heavier items on the bottom so it’s easier to pour out. - You can top with nuts or sprouted seeds for crunch. - If you feel you need for some meat, you can add some warmed organic chicken. However, did you know that vegetables are the leanest form of protein you can eat in your diet?

I hope you will try this for yourself and see how simple it is to do.
