A health coach partners with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and thereby enhance well-being.  In the course of their work, health coaches look at all aspects of someoe's life, not just what they eat.  They display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on his or her own life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgemetal.

I am an essential link in the health chain where I fill a gap that improves your overall health & wellness and prevention of health issues.  I work in conjuntion with doctors, physicians, nurses, and dietitians and serve to fill a void in our current healthcare system.  
Traditional doctors and physicians do not have the time or resources to help their patients build healthy habits and change their lifestyle on a daily basis which is where I come in.  

My areas of specialty are:
1. Working with individuals struggling with health challenges like diabetes, obesity, high cholestrol, food cravings, and more.
2. Assisting women to break free from diets, quick fixes and fads and create a holistic healthy lifestyle.
3.  Guiding families to create a wholesome healthy lifestyle, nurturing body positivity for girls and fostering healthy growth for children.
4. Children with ADD/ADHD


Our children are the foundation of our future.  It is crucial that we equip them with the essential tools and knowledge to lead a healthy lifestyle, empowering them to pass it down for generations to come.  
I do not believe in resorting to a life of quick fix diets to lose weight.  What I believe in is mindset shift and healthier behavioral choices through a whole food and lifestyle approach.

What does the word diet mean?
When you look up the the word diet it has two meanings:
1.  The kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats
2.  A special course of food to which one restricts oneself, either to lose weight or for medical reasons.

Our culture is so heavily slanted towards the second meaning, however this is not the way to live.  I like to assist others to embrace the first so that they can live a a healthier and more fulfilling way of life.

I have also faced past struggles and lacked the knowledge I possess today.  I have come to realize how simple it can be to achieve our health goals and make health second nature.  
 
Being a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, I bring science-backed knowledge that empowers me to coach with confidence.

Old habits are hard to break and forming new ones can be challanging, however with my practical, doable solutions you will feel empowered to make sustainable changes without feeling overwhelmed.
