Wild Alaska Pollock Asian Tacos with Ginger Slaw


Ingredients 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

j2 Tbsp season rice vinegar

1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated

1 small avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

10oz coleslaw mix, finely shredded

8 small non GMO corn torillas, warmed

Hot sauce (optional)

1 box Trident Seafoods Alaskan Pollock burgers (if you cannot find pollcock use salmon burgers)


Directions


1. In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and ginger, Add the coleslaw and toss to mix. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.


2. Cook the seafoods according to the packawge directions and cut into halves.


3. Top each tortilla with coleslaw mix, one burger half, and avocade. Serve with hot sauce
